Who We Are
Sheila Coleman
I'm lucky, very lucky. I love food and I love telling people about the fantastic companies who make it!
I trained as a journalist, so I know how the media works and how to catch the public's attention.
My clients - both in the public and private sectors - know that my media experience and in-depth knowledge of the food and agriculture sectors are not something which can be acquired over-night (and I've been fortunate to pick up a few awards of my own along the way!).
From new enterprises to established producers and house-hold names, I've been involved in all aspects of promoting their products and services to consumer and trade audiences.
I've been lucky to have worked on a number of high profile projects such as the annual Welsh Government managed 'Wales the True Taste Food & Drink Awards', as well as launching new projects like the Teifi Valley Cheese Producers.
From field to fork I am passionate about every aspect of food and farming and by working with you we can spread the word!

I love food too, so doing PR for food businesses is pretty much my dream job!
I get to work with great people who are passionate about what they do, and promote some fantastic food brands and producers.
I work alongside successful companies like FayrefieldFoods, the UK's largest privately owned dairy company, optimising the profile of brands like Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheddar.
I've worked with celebrities, TV chefs and also politicians organising social media campaigns, creating vodcasts and running media competitions, sponsorship and events.
Whether launching a new iphone app, or helping organisations like the Association of Independent Meat Suppliers lobby for changes to their industry, no two clients or days are the same!
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations I'm pretty cool in a crisis too. Having been PR officer for NFU Cymru during some of the most critical times in the agriculture industry means I know what it's like to work under pressure and still get results.
